Malia and Jason are having their first baby! I am so excited I was able to take their maternity photos out at Calico Basin, Red Rock, Las Vegas NV. The sunset couldn’t have been more perfect. I look forward to photographing their babies first photos in a few weeks!

Two weeks ago I attended WPPI, a very large photography convention here in Las Vegas. Luckily for me the convention is held in my backyard, so the cost is great and getting involved in the outside photo shoots is very easy. This year I went to the styled shoot hosted by Gavin and Erin Wade. We had the privilege of photographing Kate and Chris in the middle of the Las Vegas desert.

Hope you enjoy this fun vintage engagement session with Kacie and Mark. It had to be 30 degrees that day and wind about 50mph, but Kacie and Mark were great. We went to Red Rock Canyon in Las Vegas and had fun with all the different backgrounds out there. The Red Rock is so unique and help make this vintage shoot look warm and bright.

Had to share this photo of our 10 month old chocolate lab. Pet photography can be challenging especially when your puppy sees a squirrel behind you and your expensive camera, but when you catch one good shot it makes it all worth it. Enjoy!
